Shipment processing time

All items will be shipped out within 2-3 business days upon receipt of payment. You will be notified by email with the tracking number after your package has been shipped out.


Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.


If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


Delivery time estimates

All items are shipped from New Zealand via New Zealand Post courier reach most of the cities within 3-5 business days.   Delivery time depends on destination and other factors, it may take up to 11 business days. Rural areas' delivery will depend according to the NZ Post consolidation times.


All items are shipped from China via China Post Air Mail / ePacket /Ali Express standard shipping reach most of the countries within 10 to 20 business days.   Delivery time depends on destination and other factors, it may take up to 20 business days.


According to our Practice below the estimated delivery time will notify for your information.


E-Packet – 20-40days (2-4Weeks)

China Post -15-25Days (2-3 weeks)

Ali Express standard Shipping – 13-20 days (2-3 weeks)

EMS – 12-20 days (2-3weeks)

DHL-7-18 days (1-2 Weeks)

If you can't wait for that long time, please choose other shipping ways, like EMS/DHL/TNT. And inform us via before you complete the order checkout.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


Damages is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact immediately with the evidence of damaged goods. It will help us to claim your money back or new product as well as to file a claim to the carrier/supplier.
